The hotel was in a great location, even though it wasn't in a recommended area, it was just 10 min walk or 2 bus stops from the Eifel Tower and next to 2 museums and there was wheelchair accessible to most other place mostly by just 1 bus. Even though it was next to 4-5 restaurants and bars that were open till late night you could barely hear the song from the street. The room was a bit small but big enough for 2 occupants and my mobility scooter and was clean and comfortable and unlike other similar places the beds were also comfy. I would especially like to thank the hotel's personnel. The staff were AMAZING! Each and every one of the employees have the feeling that they were doing all they could to help with anything, as far even as when they couldn't find us a taxi to the airport the receptionist ascorted us to the nearest taxi helping my sister with the baggage along the way.

The locality was the TOP. At Trocadero. We loved to be in touch with Eiffel Tower every morning, every evening. In a walking distance to almost all sights. We asked in mail to have an eiffel view. We were informed, it is not possible, because it was full. And finally.. when we arrived, we had eiffel view room. It wad a great surprice. The staff was nice, breakfasts maybe basic a bit but very tasteful. Salty and sweet as well. I enjoyed especially eggs. The room was not big,but in Paris none is. It was nice decorated, comfortable and the heating worked well. We could manage it our selves and we like warm.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff greeted us warmly, and saw to our requests in an amicable manner. The facilities were simple and basic, but it was well kept and sufficient for our use. Everything was superbly clean. The view was the special part, as you can see the Eiffel tower when you lean out the window! (from certain floors) Kudos to the night manager Yassin, for being an amazing host! Very close to the metro, perhaps a 3 minute walk. Would definitely want to stay there again!

It was steps away from the train station and the tram stops. It was in the heart of Montpellier. We had the best evening host. I cannot remember her name but she went above and beyond to help us when we had trouble with our taxi ride. She talked to the driver for us and even accompanied us, helping with our luggage, to be sure we were taken care of. She was very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. I just wish I knew her name to give her the propert credit.

Best Western Au Trocadéro was a wonderful hotel which gave us clean rooms with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly, but above all, we enjoyed the view we had the most. The rooms we booked directly outlooked the Eiffel Tower, which was absolutely breathtaking. Furthermore, the staff let us into our rooms before check-in time, there were many fantastic restaurants right outside of the hotel to choose from, and the hotel was minutes away from the subway.
